- Assist in the production of high quality, big budget 360 advertising campaigns (TV, OOH, digital, press!).
- Work closely with creatives and designers to ensure they have what they need from maintaining team documents, resources and project and budget trackers.
- Plan and arrange resources e.g., booking edits, audio, grade, both in house and externally, plus voice over artists.
- Support the delivery of promos and BVODs to Sky and promos to commercial tv, Cinema and radio, working with Clearcast, Compliance, Mastering, Peach, BBFC, RCC and other companies for flawless upload.
- Work with the Producer to assist on pre and post-production.
- Build excellent relationships with the Creative Director and Creatives and work collaboratively with other Assistant Producers
- Experience working in a production environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- German or Italian language skills are advantageous, but not essential.
- Highly organised, easily able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking.
- Demonstrates a flexible and pro-active approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure.

Reporting to the Commerce Director, the role will consist of sourcing and artworking digital image assets for the Vogue’s Shopping channel, including buying guides, product launches, gift guides, and other stories optimised for affiliates.
Applicants will have excellent research skills and be expected to be proficient and speedy in all aspects of photographic retouching and with image standard / quality control on multiple channels. Some additional experience with motion graphics and short-form video animation is also desirable.
The successful candidate will also have an endless interest in fashion, beauty and culture, and a good understanding of the brands’ unique identities and their different audiences.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce imagery related to British VOGUE’s commerce output across the website and social media accounts
- Follow brand guidelines alongside the editorial teams to maintain house style
- Explore new visual solutions to promote commerce content across all digital platforms, social media etc
- Source quality imagery to tight deadlines
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in consumer or commercial publishing
- Technically proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects etc.
- An understanding of different image standards for every platform, web and social.
- A flair for innovation and clever design thinking, both in imagery and graphic design.
- Experience with motion graphics and short-form video animation (desired)
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- An understanding of the brands’ unique identities and their different audiences.

We have an exciting opportunity to join this fast-paced team as Head of Audio Content.
The Opportunity
The Head of Audio Content role will play a lead role in our audio publishing strategy for key titles, brands and authors. The successful candidate will manage an editorial team working across a number of publishing houses and work closely with key authors and agents, alongside the Publishing Director.
In terms of management, you will:
Play a leadership role in the editorial senior team
Line manage a team of editors
Make sure audiobooks are kept on their critical path
Be an exemplar for ambitious and creative production approaches and publishing strategies
Ensure your team work collaboratively with sales and marketing to create the very best publishing strategies for our authors
Collaborate with your fellow Head of Audio Content regarding resource and ways of working
On the publishing side you can expect to be:
Leading the audio publishing for some of our biggest authors and brands and working closely with the audio sales and marketing teams to drive growth
Ensuring viability and profitability of acquisitions, demonstrating an understanding of financial goals at a title level, as well as audio divisional goals
Leading on casting decisions and overseeing recordings for high-profile audio publications
Building close relationships with voice agents and talent, to ensure we are always widening our talent pool and working with the best narrators in the industry
Representing PRH Audio at industry events, as well as with key senior internal stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
We’d love to hear from you if you combine a love for audio and experience with the publishing process. We’ll need you to bring an author-focused approach and the knowledge of the end-to-end critical path of a finished book and audiobook. You will also need to understand how texts and voices intertwine and have the commercial mindset to understand what will work in the market.
You’ll bring lots of:
Experience working in books and/or audio publishingCommercial knowhow, knowledge of the market and retail landscape
Confidence working with senior stakeholders across projects
Ability to juggle various projects at any one time, both for yourself and your team
Line management experience
Experience managing budgets and,
Enthusiasm for audiobooks!
