Salary: 70K To 80K PKR Per Month
We are looking for an engaged individual to excel in an office environment and contribute to our long term success.
As an Operations Executive - Polish, you will be working with our Global New Products Database (GNPD), which is a comprehensive database that monitors new product launches in consumer goods markets such as Food & Drink, Pet Care & Household.
The successful candidate's core task will involve performing data entry, being responsible for translating and inputting product information from Polish consumer products onto the database in English. This will include information such as ingredients, product claims and writing a short product description.

Role involves Customer Service - acting on customers requests and orders plus Data Entry listing material that comes into the building into our inhouse inventory database.

Job description
Data Entry Clerk Job Description:
Main duties include updating the company and client database, digitizing physical records, and preparing periodic reports.
- Collecting information from internal departments and the clients
- Entering data into the central database’s
- Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
- Retrieving data as requested
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Generating periodic reports
Skills and Qualifications
For a candidate to fulfil their responsibilities effectively as a Data Entry Clerk, they need to have the following prerequisite skills and qualifications:
- Impeccable attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of database systems
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools
- Strong ability to work quickly and accurately
- General administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
Previous experience in data entry, office administration, secretarial or related roles is required for a Data Entry Clerk position. The candidate should have a minimum of one year’s experience in these areas, The role also requires a strong background in working with computers and dealing with large amounts of information.
Other valuable experience includes familiarity with database systems and data entry techniques.
