The EMEA eCommerce Content and Data Manager role will support the delivery of Kimberly-Clark Professional’s EMEA strategic business plan. The primary purpose of this position is to lead optimization of KCP’s digital shelf presence across our eCommerce channels and distribution network, with the management of respective processes and support agencies to achieve this. The role is responsible for leading the delivery of best-in-class digital shelf presence within defined timelines and budget.

About You

As a person you will have experience working in marketing content creation; copywriting, SEO, imagery / photography, video, Amazon A+ pages, with sufficient knowledge of data management, CMS, or similar system & processes. You will have proven experience cooperating / driving external agencies and internal teams alongside having SEO content optimization knowledge, mainly on Google and Amazon.

You will have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently and be able to demonstrate the ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs, data management and data quality processes. You will have basic knowledge of Photoshop or any other SW capable to edit marketing collateral , as well as strong interpersonal, analytical, and project-management skills.

  • You Lead the end-to-end eCommerce product content delivery strategy and roadmap for EMEA; working in collaboration with global counterparts to ensure standards/guidelines are maintained.

  • You design, implement and constantly revise the product content creation standards (copy, imagery, video, etc); SEO optimized towards search engines; primarily Google and Amazon

  • You collaborate with internal teams, as well as independently managing agencies to deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution – a) product content creation: including copywriters, translations, SEO, rendering, photography, video, etc, and b) product content syndication, as required.

  • You ensure on time publication of product content with relevant technology enablers (PIM, DAM & KCP Websites) and other technologies as applicable. Ensuring alignment and data quality across impacted systems/platforms.

  • You support the EMEA eCommerce Business Dev Managers deliver optimized digital shelf performance and support assets, as required by each of our eCommerce strategic partners

  • You monitor competitor and industry best practice searching for better ways, formats, technologies to improve our digital shelf, while driving efficiencies and scalability.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. The focus of the role is to lead a team of technicians on shift, ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, that preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern: This role includes working in non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Role model health & safety best practices and monitor those around them to ensure they follow the example they set.

  • Support continuous improvement of systems in a standard manner across the EU network.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization.
  • Understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and equipment performance metrics.
  • Management of contractors.

  • Proven ability to supervise and influence others on the team.
