We are looking for a junior content developer with smarts, attention to detail, and a love of US TV to assist in achieving our marketing objectives for 2022 and beyond.

Founded in 2008, we are an international team with our home office based in Edinburgh, that works with incredible clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.

Responsibilities

What can you expect?

  • Watching never-before-seen TV episodes before they’re released
  • Creating clips and GIFs from each episode to be posted on official show and talent social accounts
  • Subtitling videos posted to official show social accounts
  • Brainstorming with the team, generating ideas, and sourcing specific moments from episodes for video production
  • Proofing social content and video before delivery to clients
  • Fully immersing yourself in all aspects of each show, e.g. show announcements, social accounts, fan culture
  • Moderating fan activity on official TV network social accounts and apps, and providing support to users
  • Uploading and testing content on high-traffic apps

Qualifications

What's important to us:

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes quickly
  • Excellent understanding of grammar, punctuation and written English in general
  • Experience with basic video editing, preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong work-ethic and self-motivation
  • A friendly and enthusiastic demeanour
  • A love of TV shows :)

Flexibility

We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working for this role. We have flexible working hours so you can start your day anytime between 9am and 10am.

To best serve our US clients, we are looking for people who can work at least two late shifts (1:30pm-10pm) per week, and at least one weekend day every month. So, some days you’ll need to be flexible to work later if there’s a key delivery to a US client, but any time can be taken back.

Joining us means becoming an integral part of the whole team no matter where we’re physically working, we have a number of initiatives to create a team environment regardless of geographic location.

Recruitment process

First, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via Zoom). During the meeting, Nicola, our Head of Content Services, and Mairi, our Content Services Manager, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.

If the interview goes well, we will invite you to the last step – a follow up (30 minutes via Zoom) with Duncan, Content Director – it’s a mix of technical and culture-fit questions.

Introduction

We are looking for 5 Welsh speaking Enquiry Agents to join TfW. You will Provide first line support to customer enquiries via telephone, and other channels, working on the demand responsive Traveline Cymru service, supporting other projects as required.

Role responsibilities
You’ll respond to customer queries (inbound and outbound) by communicating via telephone, following agreed call scripts, to resolve issues in a timely manner ensuring a high-quality service to customers.

You'll complete daily system tasks by consulting the various administration systems to ensure seamless operation of the Traveline Cymru service.

You'll engage with our customers via telephone providing them with accurate and consistent information regarding the service to ensure that TfW deliver the highest level of service.

You’ll ensure calls are responded to within agreed time limit and in line with service level agreement/key performance Indicators to provide a positive customer experience.

Who we are looking for

You’ll need to have:

· Previous experience working in a customer service environment.

· Experience of using a variety of IT systems with the ability to use a new system to interpret information and identify trends.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Including Microsoft Excel).

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

· Welsh Language skills.
